There are several quizzes and exams in this class. Pay attention and study! Professor Small is very intelligent. Ask her questions if you do not understand. Write down what she elaborates on when she is on the powerpoints. The powerpoints are very basic and if you try to study only from them and don't listen to the lecture you will not pass the quizzes/exams.
Also, there are what I would call trick questions. Questions that could go either way for true/false. Questions with words like "best", or "most". Pay attention to the lecture or you will get tripped up.
Do not leave class early if you can help it. That is when information on the quizzes or exams will be given out.
